"After over six years in the fitness industry, and over 10,000 sessions serviced, I have learned that there are MANY right and wrong approaches to achieving your goals. I have a true passion for helping people, and fitness is a perfect outlet for that. I want to find out what drives YOU and what motivates YOU to live a more active lifestyle. For some, it may be getting on a detailed and grueling program that drives extreme change in your life and gets you results as fast as possible. For others, it may be just being able to have fun during your workouts and feel better throughout your day! Whatever a person's goal, or obstacle, I believe that it is important to have a trainer that is great at adapting to the challenge and becoming your biggest support system. We all have enough going on in our lives that make us feel like we are “Against the Odds,” but working out shouldn’t be another stress, it should be YOUR therapy and release from life!"
“You don’t have to be great to get started, but you have to get started to be great!”
“ The STRENGTH of a man isn’t measure by the weight resting on his back but rather the POWER to lift up heavy hearts.”
Training centers around what I consider the 6 fundamentals of fitness: Resistance training, Cardiovascular training, Flexibility/Mobility, Nutrition, Supplementation, and most importantly for my clients the passion and results to inspire those around you to do the same. I want clients not just to reach their goals, but also to feel like they have impacted the world while doing so. Thus, turning the Trainee into the Trainer! I want to be remembered for my ability to build people up emotionally, not just for what I can coach them to physically. Not only am I capable of changing another person’s life, but in that process my life can also be changed forever. I graduated from Colorado Mesa University as a student athlete with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science/ Kinesiology with a focus on Corrective Exercise and Biomechanics. I believe that continuing my education is a never-ending journey. Whether it be attending more certifications, seminars, or conventions. I want every client to feel as if their goals are my goals, and together we can achieve anything.
"If you're going to mop the floor, you better be the best floor mopper in the world" -Carlos Santana.
"I believe that every aspect of our lives are interconnected to fitness. If your health is not well, you cannot expect to be great in any aspect of your life: work, family, and happiness.
Regardless of our fitness goals, everything we are searching for is related to our happiness or quality of life. Weight loss will make you happier, feeling pain free will increase your quality of life, and being better at a sport will increase both. Because of this, I am extremely passionate on helping everyone achieve their fitness goals regardless of how small or large, tangible or intangible the goal seems. Achieving your fitness goals, any goals for that matter, will amplify every aspect of your life."
"My passion for Health and Fitness started at a young age; often watching my close relatives suffer from health issues do to unhealthy lifestyles. I've learned that no realistic goal is unattainable once you set your mind to it. I truly enjoy inspiring others to achieve and maintain a healthy life."
"When you reflect back on your life ten, twenty, thirty years from now, will you be content with yourself? I sure wasn't. While personally struggling with being overweight, not only was my confidence low, but my physical abilities was minimal as well. I realized that by reaching your own full potential, your overall quality of life immensely improves. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, accomplish a fitness event, or just be healthy, I hope to aid every individual throughout their health/fitness journey. During the process, your physical and mental state will transform simultaneously. So ask yourself: are you happy? If not, change."
“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” Socrates
It is my belief and practice that becoming healthy involves all aspects of your life. This includes physical activity, sleep, nutrition, relationships, work, family, and leisure activities to name a few. The good news is by changing one of these elements for the better, it can have a positive ripple effect on the rest! If you are ready to make lasting changes, I am here to help. I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and helping others achieve one too!
I like to have fun during training sessions and make exercise something you look forward to.

Brian became passionate about fitness after transforming his own life through exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. His passion developed into getting a personal training certification, along with 3 separate specializations to expand his knowledge of the body and the most effective ways to achieve different goals. He loves helping people achieve their goals, regardless of their starting point.
When he’s not training and coaching, you can catch him hiking in the mountains somewhere with his dog or attending or watching some kind of sporting event. He loves competition and believes healthy competition sparks the kind of hard work we need to drive us to succeed. He treats his classes like he does his daily life; “Be better than you were yesterday” is a phrase he lives by and a statement he whole-heartedly believes in. His main motivation is to help people see that they are capable of amazing things and be there to help push them to be the best they can be.
