Brian became passionate about fitness after transforming his own life through exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. His passion developed into getting a personal training certification, along with 3 separate specializations to expand his knowledge of the body and the most effective ways to achieve different goals. He loves helping people achieve their goals, regardless of their starting point.

When he’s not training and coaching, you can catch him hiking in the mountains somewhere with his dog or attending or watching some kind of sporting event. He loves competition and believes healthy competition sparks the kind of hard work we need to drive us to succeed. He treats his classes like he does his daily life; “Be better than you were yesterday” is a phrase he lives by and a statement he whole-heartedly believes in. His main motivation is to help people see that they are capable of amazing things and be there to help push them to be the best they can be.
