MID-DAY MOVEMENT is a 30 minute, HIIT style group class that focuses on reducing total body fat, increasing muscle definition and muscle endurance. Teaches you fundamental body mechanics to perform each exercise correctly. Non stop movement for 30 minutes! 

 

This class is held EVERY Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:00-12:30
